The Service is provided by WINGS2FLY, with a registered office at Via Sorano, 46 – 38086 Pinzolo (TN) , tel . 389 1498094, email address info@wings2fly.it .
The Service offered by WINGS2FLY consists of a tandem paragliding activity. You ascend to take off via the cable car or an off-road vehicle ; the instructor prepares the equipment , and after a detailed explanation , you take off. The flight lasts a minimum of 15-30 minutes.
The use of the service is subject to certain weight limitations. Minimum weight is 25 kg, and maximum weight is 120 kg (from 100 kg to 120 kg will be evaluated).
The Consumer is required to notify WINGS2FLY at the time of booking any physical or mental illnesses or disabilities. No reservation will be accepted for passengers whose physical or mental conditions are such that they make participation impossible or dangerous for themselves or others , or that require methods of care or assistance that are impossible to provide locally.
WINGS2FLY does not accept reservations from individuals who will be pregnant on the date of the flight. WINGS2FLY cannot , in any way, be held responsible for any event occurring during or after the flight and arising from or otherwise connected to the state of pregnancy.
Persons with physical disabilities can participate in the activity. However , the use of the Service will be subject to the evaluation of the staff.
Gift vouchers are valid for one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. The validity of the voucher cannot be extended , and at the end of its validity , it will no longer be usable. Although the voucher is nominative , it can be transferred to third parties.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable. If a paid flight is canceled due to bad weather , the customer will be entitled to book a new date at no additional cost.
A deposit of €50.00 per person will be required to confirm the booking. In the event that the activity cannot be conducted due to force majeure and the impossibility of rescheduling the activity , the deposit will be fully refunded.
WINGS2FLY reserves the right to change the times and methods of providing the service if , due to force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions (rain or strong winds ) and/or environmental situations or conditions of the facilities that do not allow the service to be performed safely , even for limited periods during the days.
In this case , the consumer has the right to reschedule the date and time of the service according to current availability. In any case, Wings2fly will not be required to reimburse any travel, transport, accommodation , etc. , that the consumer must have already incurred in relation to the provision of the service subject to cancellation or modification.
If the consumer wants to change the date and time of the flight already purchased , it will be possible to make a change under the following conditions: the change request must be received by Wings2fly no later than 24 hours before the provision of the service.
In the event that the consumer does not arrive at the meeting at the established time, it will be at the sole discretion of Wings2fly not to admit the consumer to the service. The relative reservation will be considered used for all intents and purposes and cannot be refunded under any circumstances .
At the time of the meeting, the consumer must fill in the form with their details (name, surname, address , telephone number). The form contains a reference to these conditions and other indications from Wings2fly regarding the proper use of the service.
The consumer must come to the meeting dressed appropriately . Hiking boots or trainers are required. Wings2fly reserves the right to deny admission to the consumer if they are not wearing suitable clothing.
The right of withdrawal is excluded for services relating to leisure activities if the contract specifies a particular date or period of execution. The consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal after the conclusion of the contract.
Wings2fly allows the consumer to change the date for the provision of the service to another available date up to 24 hours before the service execution .
The consumer must report in writing , by registered letter, any failures in the organization or use of the service within seven (7) working days from the date of service provision .
Wings2fly will examine the complaints in good faith and work towards a prompt and amicable resolution .
All disputes arising from these General Contract Conditions, including those relating to validity, execution , and resolution , will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Consumer Court if located within the territory of the Italian State.
